Delete Your famacy Account

Delete just one reminder or family member

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific data.

• A medicine reminder: open it from the Family or Today screen and tap delete. This stops future reminders; doses already logged stay in your history.
• A family member: open their profile on the Family screen and remove them, which also removes their reminders and dose history.

Changes take effect on your device first and sync to your cloud account when signed in. If cloud sync fails, the app shows a message.

Delete everything: Option 1 — in the app

1. Open famacy and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete account (below Sign Out).
4. Confirm when prompted.

Using Famacy without an account?

Go to Account → Delete data on this device and confirm. This removes the medicines, reminders, dose history, family profiles, and recent searches stored on this device. You do not need to create an account to delete this local data.

Delete everything: Option 2 — email us

If you no longer have access to the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll delete it for you within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials.
• Every family member profile you added.
• Every medicine reminder, dose, and history log.
• Both the copy on your device and the copy in our cloud (Firebase).

Nothing is kept afterward — there's no retention period or backup copy.
